Executive Coaching

This is the deep work. You bring your most pertinent challenges—the leadership dilemmas keeping you up at night, the patterns you can't seem to break, the next level you're trying to reach but can't quite see how to get there. This is coaching for leaders who are ready to do work not just on their leadership, but on themselves.

Team Coaching

A team is a system, and like any living system, it has patterns, dynamics, invisible rules, and untapped potential. Team coaching is about making the invisible visible—helping your team see how they're working together, where they're stuck, and what's possible if they're willing to grow. I work with your leadership team to build trust, clarify vision, navigate conflict, strengthen communication, and develop the collective capacity to handle greater complexity together. This isn't a workshop where I teach you models and send you on your way. It's a partnership. We work on real challenges in real time. I help your team have the hard conversations they've been avoiding, see the patterns they've been repeating, and develop new ways of collaborating that actually stick. The result? A team that's more aligned, more agile, more resilient—and frankly, more enjoyable to be a part of. Because when a team works well together, the work itself becomes lighter, faster, and more creative.

Leadership Development for Organizations

I design and facilitate customized learning experiences that help leaders grow the skills, mindsets, and practices they need to thrive in complexity. That could be a cohort-based program for emerging leaders. Maybe it's an offsite for your executive team to align on strategy and culture. Maybe it's a series of workshops on leading through change, building influence, or navigating ambiguity. Whatever the need, I bring both rigor and flexibility—drawing on adult development theory, complexity science, experiential learning, and real-world application.
