My Background

“How can I help people become more fully themselves so they can lead more effectively and live more meaningfully?”

My journey began to revolve around this core question while pursuing my undergraduate degree at Northwestern University, studying Learning & Organisational Change essentially, how people and organisations grow, adapt, and transform. From there, I went to Accenture to put Change Management theory into practice. After learning from some of the leading thinkers and consultants, I returned to Northwestern where I co- founded the Master of Science in Learning & Organisational Change program. I wanted to build a bridge between the ivory tower and the real world, between what we know and what we do.

That’s always been a sweet spot: integration across disciplines. I expanded my work at Northwestern and co-founded the Complexity in Action Network at Northwestern’s Institute on Complex Systems, helping executives apply complexity science to real-world management challenges. I also designed executive education programs at the Kellogg School of Management. Beyond the University setting, I studied mindfulness-based emotional intelligence and became a certified instructor through the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (founded at Google). I earned my yoga teacher certification. I trained at the Hudson Institute of Coaching and became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation.

I also worked in a variety of smaller leadership and organisation transformation consultancies before spending close to a decade at Google in Executive Development. Throughout these roles, I was weaving together my knowledge and practice in leadership development, organisation development, complexity science, neuroscience, psychology, adult development, mindfulness, embodiment. They were pieces of the same puzzle.

And here’s what I’ve learned:

Our work lives and our inner lives are not separate. They never have been. The most powerful leadership transformations I’ve witnessed the ones that last, the ones that change not just what people do but who they are happen when we integrate both.

  • Leadership without soul is hollow.

  • Strategy without purpose is empty.

  • Influence without integrity can become mere manipulation.

I meet you where you are and ensure we integrate doing and being. If spirituality is central to your life, we’ll weave it into our work explicitly. If it’s not your language, we’ll find other ways to talk about meaning, purpose, values, and what truly matters to you. What I care about is this: that our work together is grounded in your truth, your values, your sense of calling. Because that’s where the real power lives.
