Overall Format How the Engagement Works
Most engagements start with a 6-month process meeting weekly or bi-weekly, typically for 60 to 90 minutes per virtual session. If proximity and budget allow, in-person meetings may be included. The below four areas outline the engagement process.
Assessment
We begin by getting crystal clear on your core objectives and opportunities. Sometimes this means starting with an assessment process. Sometimes you already have clarity, or you’ve done an assessment before which we can utilize. Either way, we’re building a foundation: What are we here to do? What wants to transform?
Weekly or Bi-weekly Sessions
Each session is grounded in your coaching objectives and builds on the learning gained over time. This isn’t a series of disconnected conversations. It’s a journey cumulative, iterative, emergent. See below for more on the rhythm of each session.
Feedback
We’ll weave in feedback from stakeholders throughout the engagement, where useful. We’ll conduct a mid-term and end-point evaluation to ensure the work is effective, at the right level of challenge and support, and moving your goals forward in meaningful ways.
Ongoing Growth
At the end of our engagement, we reflect on what’s shifted, what’s been learned, what’s changed in how you lead and how you live. We look at the impact, both personally and professionally, and set intentions for how to keep reinforcing those shifts. We also build an action plan for your continued independent growth so the momentum doesn’ stop. Because the best coaching doesn’t make you dependent on your coach. It makes you more fully capable of leading your own transformation.
The Rhythm of Each Session
Each coaching session follows a natural rhythm that helps translate reflection into meaningful progress.
Updates + Anchoring
We start by checking in on the work you’ve done between sessions the experiments, the reflections, the new moves you’ve tried. We look at how things have evolved since we last spoke. Then we anchor: we start by centring your mind and inner system, then revisit your overall engagement objectives to ground in the chosen direction. We identify the best area of focus for this particular meeting.
Practical Application:
We use the challenges that are most alive for you at this moment. Not theoretical problems. Not hypothetical scenarios. The real, complicated situations you’re actually facing right now. We explore them together, building awareness how you’re relating to the situation, how you’re making meaning of it, what patterns are showing up.
Perspective + Possibility
Then we open up new lenses for seeing. And through those lenses we’ll expand the space of possibility, of choice and options for you. Throughout the process I’ll notice what not being said. I’ll see patterns you’ve lived inside until they became invisible. I’ll tune in to the energy behind your words and ideas. We generate insights together.
Progressing Forward
From these insights, we decide on next steps specificactions, experiments, reflection exercises, or practices that will progress your thinking, your being, and your doing

What You’ll Walk Away With from Coaching
After a six month engagement, you won’t just have new skills or strategies (though you’ll have those too). You’ll have something deeper:
-
A clearer sense of who you are as a leader your values, your vision, your unique way of creating impact.
-
Greater self-awareness of your patterns, your blindspots, your growth edges, and your strengths.
-
A more expansive way of thinking able to hold complexity, navigate paradox, and see multiple perspectives simultaneously.
-
Concrete practices and experiments you can continue to use long after our work together ends.
-
A network of support and resources tailored to your ongoing development.
-
A story of transformation that you can carry forward a narrative of growth that reminds you what’s possible.
